Notes to Clients:
Starting in 2021, the following minimum wages take affect in New York:
NYC - $15.00 per hour
Nassau, Suffolk & Westchester - $14.00 per hour
Anywhere else in NYS - $12.50 per hour
The annual gift tax exclusion for 2021 remains $15,000.
For 2021, the maximum amount of taxable wages for Social Security purposes has increased to $142,800.
